To qualify for a return:
- Return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
- Product must be unused and in original packaging
- Product must be accompanied by a video proof of unboxing (mandatory)
- Tags, accessories, manuals (if any) must be intact

Refund/Replacement
After inspection, we will issue a full refund or dispatch a replacement (as per your choice).
