We currently ship across all serviceable pin codes in India. For areas not covered by standard couriers, we use India Post to ensure delivery.

  • Remote/Rural Areas: Up to 7 business days

  • Free Shipping: On all orders above ₹999

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

❌ Delayed or Undelivered Orders

If your order is delayed or marked as delivered but not received:

📬 Address Errors or Delivery Failures

Please ensure the shipping address and contact number are accurate and complete. InstaCartz will not be responsible for:

  • Delays due to incorrect address
  • Delivery attempts to unreachable numbers

We allow 1 reattempt if the courier fails to deliver. If unsuccessful, the product is returned, and you may be charged for reshipping.
